This IPA is incredibly dry to let the wine-like Nelson Sauvin hops shine. A high level of carbonation adds to the spritzy refreshing nature.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. ABV 6%. Hazy yellow colour, large white head. Aroma and flavour of crushed gooseberries and crushed white grapes, also notes of pine and spruce. Slightly sweet (not "incredibly dry" at all), medium bitter finish with resinous notes.
