This farmhouse saison is brewed with oats, rye and raw NC wheat. The addition of Georgia wildflower honey and orange peel lend sweetness with a tart finish. Fermented orange peel and locally foraged spruce tips make this saison our offering of gratitude to spring.

Taps clear golden with a minimal eggshell head. Aroma offers crisp fruity, malt and honey tones. Flavor delivers orange, malty, honey and woody notes, just a snip of evergreen. Finish is fruity and, yes, a bit tart; body is OK while fizz is firm and lasting. Hunt for it!
