Brewed to utilize the spent fruit used in our upcoming sour release, Fall of the Damned. Made mainly with Riverbend Pilsner and Wheat, this Saison went through primary fermentation on the once-used heaps of marionberry and blackberry, and then a second ferment with raspberries, lending a lovely fruit tartness to the soft mouthfeel of the malt bill.

Taps hazy copper with a thin eggshell head. Aroma offers fruity and floral tones atop a malty support. Flavor features sweet berry and malty notes, downright lip-smacking but not too sweet. Mouthfeel presents OK body and perky fizz. If this is the remnants of the fallen, they weren’t too bad!
