Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Pours hazy solar yellow with a thick and fairly persistent snow-white head. Aroma features tart apple and pear notes riding a fresh malt undertone, plus a snip of citrus. Flavor adds a bit of hop character and ups the malt component for an enjoyable and crisp saison. Mouthfeel offers fairly firm body and OK fizz. A blade-back beer to calm you when you’re sheathing.
