Called the "champagne of beers" because of the extended aging (lagering) required, ours is fermented slowly and aged a full six weeks. By importing Munich malt and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops from Germany, we have produced a beautifully balanced beer with a hoppy aroma and a full, soft texture.
