The things you do for beer, thought our brewer and climbed 1,500 above sea level to obtain the dried skins of the coffee fruit. He returned from Costa Rica with a firm belief that the bock-like notes of Weinzenbock will be ideal company for the fruity and citrusy flavour of cascara. A wheat bock sporting a dark copper hue, it is brewed with a combination of barley and wheat malts. Dried skins of the coffee fruit from Costa Rica highlight the best features of the Weizenbock including an aroma of dark fruits: plums, prunes, raisins and grapes. The inhabitants of Miłosław have never fallen short of courage. For this reason, we create bold recipesand resort to anything but obvious additives. Always curious of beer!
