KOMES PORTER BAŁTYCKI SHERRY OLOROSO is a limited edition of our medal-winning Baltic porter. This time, the beer matured for long months with flakes from casks where previously Sherry Oloroso had been kept, a variety of the famous fortified wine from the Jerez region in Spain. Flakes from caskets holding sweet sherry bestowed the beer not only with woody and vanilla notes but predominantly a wine note and a subtle fruity bouquet with the cherry in the lead.
