Its unique flavour and aroma comes from a combination of roasted malt and the natural flavour of juice extracted from ripe plums. When poured into a glass, the beer enchants with a plum aroma, with hints of Madeira wine and raisins, intertwining with notes of roasted malt. The flavour offers a gentle tart juicy note, balanced with pleasant sweetness and supplemented with slight hoppy bitterness in the finish. Fortuna Śliwkowa is a bottom-fermenting beer brewed from natural ingredients in traditional open fermenting vats. It matures for a long time. It may turn slightly cloudy over time because of the content of natural plum juice.
