Sampled bottle, RBNAG 2007 in Grimstad. Copper coloured beer, moderate head. Moderate malty aroma with caramel. Malty flavour with notes of rye bread, well rounded, moderate bitterness.

Clear orange brown colour with a low firm white head. Subtle hops aroma of orange-peels and licorice with strong notes of dark bread and yeast. Surprisingly thin and malty flavour of dark bread, nuts, marzipan and wood. Bitter finish of wood and dark bread. The mouthfeel is flat and it’s lacking depth. Quite lot of flavour but it isn’t funny and easy to drink.

Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruits, hops, caramel and something salamilike, as Tranquillity puts it. Flavour is quite the same, with an exception of the salami. It's a quite watery beer. Aftertaste is sweet malts along with flowery hoppiness.
