"Sin Min" is our vibrant and aggressively hopped American-style IPA. It wears a rich mahogany color and unlike many IPA's, a malty backbone. From there, however, we dry hop it on Mosaic and Ahtanum hops giving it a deliciously floral and grapefruit-filled nose.

Pours an unfiltered, hazy with tiny particles, amber colour with a creamy warm cap, good stay and full soapy lacing. Hoppy aromas with loads of citrus and some grassy notes. Citrusy taste with the zest building some bitterness in the finish. Everything seems very well-balanced here. More oranges than grapefruits, which is fine with me. A great first experience from this brewery.

Pours a cloudy mahogany colour. The bubbly head dissipates to a thin cap and leaves good lacing. Aroma of toffee, strawberry and pine. Quite a tasty beer with breaded and caramel malt, It's fruity, floral and earthy with a hint of pine. The strawberry is present in the flavor as well and it lingers on the palate with a vegetal hop finish. Medium mouthfeel.

On tap at Craft beer market Ottawa. Pours a good size frothy beige head and has an amber coppery appearance. Thick dirty lacing. Aromas of grassy and floral hops. Flavours are grassy and earthy hops. Some bitter notes, mostly in the finish. Also a lot of fruity notes. Almost like a vegetable like aftertaste. Lively carbonation. Good retention. Pretty good.
