    Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours a pretty clear golden amber with a fairly thick and fluffy, if not too persistent, white head. Malty aroma has a strong and almost overpowering strawberry tone that is quite sweet, almost too sweet. Flavor has a malty core and a strawberry overtone, which is neither as dominant nor as sweet as the strawberry component of the aroma, and it has grassy and pear hints as well. Firm-bodied texture is smooth and fizzy, leaving a nice strawberry and malty finish.

Sampled on 10/10/2012. This fruit beer pours a slightly hazy strawberry color from a 22oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is fruity and sweet, strawberry and grainy, some tartness. A medium to light bodied fruit beery. The malts are fruity and sweet, semi sweet strawberry and slightly tart. The hops are floral and spicy. Lively carbonation. Nice fruity flavor, but are a little more subdued than I would like, but the strawberry flavor is there without being overpowering. I kind of like the tartness. Light and refreshing. A touch of carbonation flavors as well. Mouthfeel is a touch thin. The finish is clean and crisp. The aftertaste is slightly sweet.
