Altough the aroma was excellent, almost citrus I was a bit dissapointed, I prefer a more harsh IPA, this was a bit sweet for my tongue. It is much more drinkable from the cask however, and I would suggest that over draught.

Poured a paler amber, slightly cloudy with a nice off-white head on top. The aroma is very nice. Fresh grapefruit hops and dried apricots make for a nice nose. The flavor is a bit thin on the malt side. The hops are just as nice in the flavor as they are in the aroma.

Opaque golden, white lacing foem head. Hoppy aroma, that is OK, but not so nice taste. Bitterness, but also some barnyard. Slightly disapointed with this beer. (Houston 201501)

Light citrus (more orange than graperuit) on the nose with some pine. Medium-light bodied. A touch malt heavy, maybe due to age. The hops are there, but don't quite pop...though the finish is more than adequately bitter. OK.

On tap at the new Casual Pint, Downtown Knoxville. Amber orange pour with a nice white head and lacing. Ample hoppy aroma with citrus, some pine and earthiness, light sweet malts. Nice flavor with the hops bittering just enough to create a very pleasant IPA, not overpoweringly bitter but ample. Nice IPA, easy to drink.

This will never be my favourite IPA, too much going on and none of it stellar in my opinion. A cloudy golden pour with aroma of citrus, pine and grass. Flavour is quite muddled with all flavours quite weak. Beer is thinner than to be expected as well

I Loved this IPA. Aroma was bright and filled with hops and citrus. The appearance was a bright yellow orange. Thick nice mouthfeel. Nice hoppy citrusy flavor. Great IPA

Comes out of the tap a clear golden amber with a fine-bubbled cream-white head. Hoppy, yeasty aroma has a firm hint of citrus. Strongly hoppy flavor is quite bitter but not fiercely so and has a good grapefruit undertone. Tingly texture leaves a fizzy and slightly powdery finish.

Had this on tap not far from the brewery so it was nice and fresh. Had a nice creamy head on a golden orange color beer. Decent lacing. Pretty big on hops, but not exceptional for an IPA. Nice and clean with some malt. Creamy texture, medium body. Well balanced. Nothing memorable, though.

Pours deep golden orange with a medium white head. It has all the requisite aromas and flavors of an IPA, but offers nothing truly outstanding in any catagory. However, I'm certainly not knocking it because it was a very drinkable and enjoyable beer. Recommend - especially for those who may be new to IPAs or not into the uber-hoppy brews.

Pours a cloudy cooper. Nice soft 3/4 inch head. Smooth lacing throughout the sample. Mouthfeel a little watery. Sweet to the first taste then the hops take over. A little weak for me as far as an IPA is concerned. But overall not a bad one. Would drink over and over again.
