Bridge's IPA is a northwest style full of contradictions - a strong and clean flavour with moderate bitterness and yet a soft floral aroma, displaying distinct tropical citrus, lemon and grapefruit notes. We're on the west coast folks, and in keeping with our climate our beer will leave your mouth lush and wanting more. For those in the know, we use Cascade, Centennial and Columbus hops.

Bomber from Central City. Clear copper/orange pour with a smallish white head. Inviting bouquet of citrus, hop, and pine. Flavour not unlike the aroma, with a decent bitter hop bit although there was an unfortunate metallic taste as well. Mouthfeel rather too thin to start but improved as the temperature rose. Not a dreadful effort from a new brewer, but there is room for improvement.
