I forgot that I had reviewed this and I came up with almost the same numbers and attributes. Good to see that the recipe has not been altered.

Another beer served at Brewsters without any decent cap...maybe they need bigger glasses, someone who actually knows how to pour a beer, or better beer. Take your pick. Light gold brew with a bit of haze to it, a fine, bright white cap that never gets worse than a film and ring with some patchy lacing. Did I forget the dual lemon wedges stabbed on the rim? It took awhile to rid the beer of the fresh lemon scent....actually, I just ordered a second pint and slammed the first one. Still some lemon on the brain...very nice smelling wheat - very nice indeed - pisser there is not more as it's to faint. Faint banana and maybe vanilla. The aroma came out after awhile and that is a good thing. Not comparable to a good German wheat but still worthwhile. Taste is tangy, fresh, zingy and wet....haha...it's true though. Too bitter I think but it's short lived, fairly wheaty, a bit of spice. Still fairly plain overall, as are the rest of the beers on the menu. Mouthfeel is spritzy and creamy but the over the top tangyness is a deterrent. This beer could tone down the hops. Large wheat aftertaste. -

Served in a pint glass, color is clear and straw yellow, no head whatsoever. Served with a lemon wedge on the rim. The aroma was very light, some hoppiness with some sweet wheat. The lemon smell took over the aroma, so got rid of that right away. The taste is thin but very thirst quenching. There is some sweet (honey or clover) taste, and some sour flavor. It is definitely citrusy, even with out the lemon floating in it. The carbonation is good, making it crisp but not bubbly.
