Poured from 2L growler. Appearance: The colour of this ale resembles a clear golden honey. This drink appears highly carbonated by the amount of fizz rising from the bottom of the glass. The head is about 1" when poured from the bottle rather quickly and quickly dissipates to 3/8". Smell: Very distinct blueberry and grain smell. It smells inviting but very faint. I prefer my beer slightly cold and thus taking away from most of the smell. I can sense a berry bliss fragrance that gives a sweet sensation. Taste: This beer is light and has a crisp yet smooth texture. The alcohol content is masked very well with hints of toasted oats and a very slight blueberry finish. This is very pleasant because this particular ale is 6%!. The flavour of oats is very distinct it is something I cannot fully explain in writing but has a toasted croissant like flavour. I can taste a very clean wheat taste at the end of each sip with a touch of fruity sweetness. After finishing this glass I have a refreshing taste of golden wheat in my mouth and feel a warmer sensation of satisfaction.

It's the regular Wheat beer served with a bunch of blueberries tossed into the glass. What a waste. It's like bubble tea in beer form. A totally stupid idea...except from the fact that i know the beer has not been made with some artificial blueberry syrup or something, so that's cool...and I like blueberries plus they have those antioxydants that one so desperately needs to kill off free radicals.......

Clear copper in color with a small white cap that is lasting a long while, a handful of fresh blueberries was through into the pint by the bartender and are floating and sinking constantly being pushed around by the most carbonation I’ve ever seen in a beer. Aroma is very simple blue berry jam with not a single hint of beer and it’s not overly sweet. Simple tasting as well liquid bread combined with blueberry jam and like the smell it’s not overly sweet like a lot of other fruit beers. I liked this beer it had flavor feel was a touch to thin for me but it’s very drinkable and not over the top sweet but I do wish it had more of a malty taste it was just lacking something.

I had this a few years back as a summer seasonal, but now has made it into the regular Brewster's lineup. Served in a nonic type glass with a handful of real blueberries floating on top. Yellow / light gold color, no real foam to speak of. Nice blueberry aroma to go with the slight wheat smell. There is a full blueberry flavor, but without being too sweet or syrupy. The mouthfeel average, but as expected for a light fruit beer. Crisp finish with no sticky aftertaste that I have found in some fruit beers. A well balanced fruit beer.
