A mass-market brewery simply could not make a beer like this. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and bursting with flavor, it has phenomenal body and freshness. Hazy to the eye, and full on the palate. 6 week brewing time. Barley, yeast, hops and water.

One of the first premium beers of the trip and for some reason the first picture i took of the trip... Aromas of crisp hay and cereal .. looks fantastic, great head and very good lacing .. quite a simple beer- cereal and hay follows into the mouth .. light creamy mouthfeel .. extremely well made .. i'm happy that damn fence is gone oma..
