A semi cloudy golden colored beer with a three fingered soapy textured, white head rising above.. It settles quickly into a thin ringlet. Notes of wheat dominate in the total profuile. In the tasting there is a note of coriander and a very subtle hint of salt. It is tart and refreshingly effervescent
