In August, Ängö Kvartersbryggeri brewed their regular Oktoberfest beer Oktoberfestlig. Some weeks later we got 18 kegs of this lovely Märzen and filled our fermentor Boris with it. Finally we poured in our Brettanomyces yeast strain for further fermentation, to get all sugar out of it.…
