Twenty years ago, at a small house located in Breckenridge Colorado, we brewed our first beer. To pay tribute to this heritage, we bring you Vesper - a limited release French Saison crafted by Greg & Jen Seitz of Denver, winners of our 20th Anniversary Homebrewing Contest. Cheers to the garage and basement brewers everywhere.

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 4 | Flavor: 5 | Overall: 6
33 oz swing-top bottle. Pours a clear gold with a large fluffy white head that retains well and laces the glass. The bottom pours are very hazy.
The aroma is sweet malts, some perfumey floral notes, spices and funky yeast.
The flavor is some sweet malts, some floral soapiness, and a little funk with a quite a bit of bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation.
Overall, an OK saison. A little on the bitter side. I didn't care for some of the flavors.
