Aging for over a year in freshly dumped Napa Valley wine barrels, Hillside presents a delicate balance of farmhouse ale and wine tannins. This balance, between floral notes and a subtle tropical fruit, is completed by a tannic finish. The French Oak barrels give Hillside a bright aroma and flavor to complement the farmhouse signature taste.

Pours translucent peach with a fair porcelain head. Aroma presents white wine, woody, fresh malt, a tart pomme note. Flavor yields white wine, apple, fresh malt and woody notes, not spectacular but enjoyable. Texture features fair body and fizz. Head for the farmhouse.
