500 ml flip-top bottle. Poured a hazy copper-brown coloured ale with a minimal slight beige foamy head that had more or less no retention. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sweety malts and a overwhelming but never aggresive honey presence. The flavour is sweety malts, the honey is dominating but surrounded by touches of pepper and fresh mint, aciditic fruits, citrus and dried fruits, nuts, floral hops. The mouthfeel is at first sweety and in a second time, aciditic. This light bodied ale has a dry honey finish. A pleasant tasting spiced ale from a small brewery close to Berlin.
