Following the steps of the American Pale Ale, the IPA brings hops, flavor and gluten free brewing to a whole new level. 4-pack of cans from my local Métro store. Pours a clean golden colour with a bubbly white head that stays a while and creates foamy lacing. Fresh hoppy nose of grassy notes. Hints of pine, fruits and Belgian yeast candy. Decent hop in the taste as well with medium bitterness. Nice dry finish. Again, hard to see that this brew is gluten-free. This brewery really knows how to brew the best beers in this range.
