Pours a hazy of light-golden, yellow colour with a white head, average retention, foamy lace and very active carbonation as most of their beers. Also, medicinal aromas like most of their brews. Notes of citrus. This particular hop they use is milder in the taste, showing some of the saltiness, lemon. Just had a Dieu du Ciel Gose, so hard to beat that one.
