This single-hop version of the Houblonnière is based on the same successful recipe but brewed with only Australian Vic Secret hops. To create a taste bomb of bitter flavours, we have doubled the quantity of hops used at each step of brewing a classic IPA, while also controlling the maltiness and alcohol content. Get ready to experience an explosion of Vic Secret hop flavours. Hop on up!

Can that overflows right away, pouring a light golden-yellow colour with lots of particles running through it. The big cap is huge, white, frothy, soapy with crazy long stay and dirty foam lacing. Lemon zest aromas with some mild sweet yeast and other citrus juices. The taste shows very big bitterness and dryness in the finish. Pure citrus peel and some grassy hop notes. This is quite a bitter-dry IPA that has been dry-hopped to the max.
