Pour cette version mono houblon de notre Houblonnière, nous avons gardé sa recette gagnante, mais l’avons brassée seulement avec du houblon américain Citra ! Dans cette « grenade » de saveurs amères, nous avons doublé la quantité de houblons à chaque étape du brassage d’une IPA classique. Nous avons aussi balancé les saveurs maltées et le taux d’alcool pour que vous puissiez découvrir le houblon Citra en une explosion de saveurs. Houblonnez-vous !

Hazy bright golden-yellow colour with a big warm head that is frothy, kind of creamy, long lasting and leaving full creamy-foamy lacing. Lemon and orange juices with some of its zest. Hints of cilantro and honey. The taste shows bitterness from grassy hops. The mouthfeel is fairly dry. A very nice bitter dry-hopped Citra IPA.
