Cette IPA d’inspiration américaine (mais utilisant des ingrédients 100 % canadiens) a un aspect malté plutôt sec. Le houblon cascade apporte un profil fruité d’agrumes (pamplemousse) et une touche florale, épicée et moyennement amère.

Very slightly unfiltered, bright yellow colour with a huge white frothy head that lasts a while, and leaves patchy thick foam lacing. The nose is a mix of citrus notes and floral grasses. The mouthfeel is fairly thin with some decent dryness. Mild hops flavours with the same mix of citrus and grass. Kind of very mild for a 5.6% ABV IPA, almost feels like a session IPA, without the dry-hopping. Refreshing, but that is about it.
