Blonde, dorée, limpide et brillante. Brassée pur malt avec des houblons nobles bohémiens. Attaque en céréales qui évolue vers une belle ampleur aromatique de houblon. Belle finale de frîcheur avec une touche florale

Enjoyed at the Bistro L'Autre Oeil in Aylmer, QC. Pours a golden colour with a great white head that lasts a very long time with decent lacing. Nice fruity malt aromas with some grain in the background. The taste is milder with the fruity malts and a little bitterness in the finish. A nice fruity malt beer that goes down nicely like my go-to Boréale beers. Gets hoppier as it goes. A better pale session beer than macros.

Mondial de la Bière 2009. On tap at the brewpub. Poured a deep gold colored beer with a white foamy head that had a short retention. Mid-sized carbonation. The aroma is sweet malts. The flavour is quite the same and the palate a little watery. A light bodied beer with a short bittersweet finish.
