Well, after a couple weeks of supposedly having this beer on tap, it finally was. The problem was obvious, as the beer was still flat. At first I was too distracted to know that other from the lack of any bubbles and flat feel, this was a good brew. Dark fruit, spices, slight alcohol and bread. Nice aroma and even better flavor profile. If it was carbonated, it'd be their best. Still not too shabby. 2nd time well carbonated...at least a 4.
