Voyons Donc est une Triple IPA à laquelle nous ajouté une quantité obscène de houblons des cultivars Galaxy, Citra, Motueka & Simcoe. Le résultat est une véritable bombe aromatique avec des notes de fruits exotiques, de zestes d'agrume et une touche "dank". Voyons Donc qu'une bière à 10% peut se boire aussi facilement avec une telle saturation de houblons !

Hazy golden-orange colour with a big frothy, slightly creamy whitish head, good retention and loads of sticky-foamy lacing. Aromas are a cross between grassy hops and some pineapple sweetness, with hints of tropical fruits. This continues into the taste with some lemon zest flavours. Some decent dryness in the finish. A nice fruity, sweet, hoppy Triple IPA with the alcohol well-hidden.
