Quoi vous avez pas de rousse ? Et bien, pour la première en presque 6 ans, nous pourrons vous répondre que nous avons une bière aux accents ambrées et pas n'importe laquelle ! Voici Secretos, notre Vienna Lager. Au nez, on y trouve des notes de pains grillées et frais, de subtiles notes de miel et de caramel. En bouche, c'est bien sec et désaltérant sur des notes délicates de pain grillé enveloppé dans une texture crémeuse.

Clean, light amber with a golden hue. The head is fizzy, off-white, fairly quickly dissipating, leaving no lacing. Bready aromas with a caramel malt base and hints of apples. The mouthfeel is pretty crisp with a mild drying finish. Soft caramel and bread flavours with mineral hints and hops. Was better from the cans, for the other 3 I had. A decent Vienna which is not too thick.
