Hazed golden-orange colour with a frothy-bubbly head, average retention and some good sticky-foamy lacing. Citrus nose with hints of watermelon freshness. After breathing a bit, some pineapple notes, spiciness and wood come out. The mouthfeel is wet, juicy, showing some big bitterness and finishing on a nice dryness, that is not overkill. Lemon zest and orange juices in the flavours, with some orange peel as well. Even though this is a juicy IPA, the DDH get this one dry and bitter with full zestiness.
