India Pale Ale aux houblons Citra, Vic Secret, Simcoe & NZ-101. Nous avons aussi décidé de revisiter Tête de Hypa, une collaboration avec nos amis de la @Microbrasserie Le Prospecteur Vous avez été nombreux à exiger le retour de cette bière que nous avons brassée il y a quelques années. Nous avons répété la recette originale en augmentant la dose de houblons et nous avons ajouté du NZ-101 un houblon expérimental de la Nouvelle-Zélande. Vous y trouverez de superbes notes de fruits tropicaux, de zestes d’agrumes et de kiwi.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a creamy-frothy warm head, good retention and some nice creamy-foamy lacing. Oranges in the nose with some tropical fruit notes, mild grassy hops. The mouthfeel is mostly wet with some light dryness and tart. Juicy citrus taste with some peel in there, adding a touch of bitterness. A different try on their NEIPA beers with the help from Le Prospcteur and a mix of hops.
