C’est avec un grand plaisir que nous avons refait cette DIPA mythique il y a quelques semaines avec nos amis Dan et Louis de @gravediggin_bros. Timber met en vedette des houblons d’Australie et de Nouvelle-Zélande sur fond de arômes de fruit de la passion, de goyave, de kiwi avec une base légèrement malté et ultra crémeuse. Nous avons modifié certains éléments de la recette originale notamment en ajoutant une bonne dose de Riwaka Hop Kief !

Hazy golden colour with an orange hue, a big frothy, somewhat-creamy cap, good stay and some nice foamy-creamy lacing. Getting that nice Riwaka hop nose with the grain-nuttiness, added to the grassiness, and citrus-herbal notes. The mouthfeel is crisp, but still slick, almost creamy with some nice building, drying finish. Citrus flavours with herbs, all well-blended. A nice Double IPA that goes down smoothly, but still has beautiful different aromas.
