India Pale Ale aux houblons Peacharine, Strata, Citra & Motueka - Cosmique est une super India Pale Ale que nous avons travaillé avec quatres houblons. Nous avons utilisé principalement le houblon néo-zélandais Peacharine avec une bonne dose de Strata, Citra & Motueka. L'aromatique de cette IPA est particulièrement puissante et complexe. Vous y trouverez des notes de mangues vertes, une montagne de nuance d'agrumes, de sorbet à la lime. Bref, vous y trouverez une texture riche équilibrée par une forte saturation de houblons.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue, a warm-whitish frothy head, good retention and some patches of foamy lacing. Beautiful fresh, fruity aromas of peach and nectarine. Notes of alcohol-bitterness, oats and other citrus. The mouthfeel is wet with just a nice touch of dryness to keep it refreshing. The flavours has the peachiness milder, blending with the more of the citrusy hops. Mild grassiness lingers on the tongue. A pretty good, juicy, fruity, hazy IPA"
