Double IPA aux houblons Galaxy, Motueka, Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra Lupomax & Citra Incognito. Pour notre cinquième anniversaire, nous avons décidé d'utiliser plusieurs nouvelles techniques que nous avons tester dans les derniers mois sur nos bières houblonnées sur une nouvelle Double IPA. Notre objectif cette année était, entre autre, d'améliorer et de perfectionner nos différentes Double IPA. Aquavitae est un peu la somme de ce cheminement et de différentes expérimentations . Vous pourrez y goûter une variété de fruits exotiques, une touche "dank" et une pointe d'agrumes sur une texture bien crémeuse et riche.

Cloudy golden-yellow colour with a creamy white cap, good retention and full creamy lacing. Citrus nose with lemon, orange zest, some tangerine sweetness and pink grapefruit juices. The taste is milder, and not as fruity-sweet as expected from the aromas. More of the lemon-orange zest and a touch of their juices. Quite smooth overall, with a creamyish mouthfeel. Some good dryness in the finish, building. An easy-drinking Double IPA with all citrus action.
