Looks like this one is celebrating 6 years of the Minotaure bar in Hull, QC - a place I have spent lots of time, when it was mostly called the Bistro. Hazy golden-orange colour with a big warm-white cap, very good retention and leaving some creamy lacing. Papaya nose with other tropical fruit notes and grassiness found more in West IPAs. The taste shows a little more of the orange flavours, with the tropical ones blending in the background. Hints of pineapples in the balance. The mouthfeel is juicy with enough dryness in the finish, but not overly. Quite a nice refreshing, juicy Imperial IPA with some West Coast notes. Bonne vie Minotaure!
