    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Pours a hazy honey golden with a nice buff head. Fruity aroma has a yeasty overtone and a subtle malt underpinning. Flavor has sharp, rather sour fruity notes - pear, apple, hints of banana - plus yeast and malt. Ragged texture leaves a sour fruity finish. This is definitely a sipping beer, to savor on a lazy afternoon - or anytime you like.

Pours a semi cloudy thick yellow amber with a one finger head that stays aloft because of the nice carbonation. Aroma is of dry hops, pine, and grapefruit. Very strong aroma that is almost industrial strength. Taste is very hoppy with that bitter grapefruit taste you'd expect from an IPA but this is a saison. Very sweet bitterness that is not overwhelming but is definitely evident. Finishes off fruity and dry. I do not know where they get off calling this a saison but makes for a good IIPA. I like it.
