This American version of a German classic wheat beer is unfiltered resulting in its turbid appearance and healthful benefits. A light malt body with a mild yeasty flavor and a cloudy, golden color makes this beer refreshing and satisfying. The Hefe Weizen style has enjoyed remarkable success in the Pacific Northwest in the past decade accounnting for as much as 90% of some breweries total production. Pronounced: Hay-fuh-vytzen....which translates to yeast wheat. Made with 60% Wheat; Starting Gravity of 1.058 and an alcohol by volume of 6.0%. Draught Only
