A very traditional Bavarian-style wheat beer. Using a traditional Bavarian wheat beer yeast strain and served young and fresh, esters of clove spice and touches of aweet, mellow banana are, carried on a silky body of wheat and crisp pilsner malt. A true Hefeweizenbier-drinker's Hefeweizenbier that's crisp and bright enough for the Okanagan summertime, and rich and malty enough for the dead of winter.
