This is an agressively hopped IPA that features the fruity Centennial and AMarillo varieties. Even massive dry hopping can't hide a rich, full bodied malt palate with toast and toffee notes. The finish is hoppily bitter and somewhat dry. This IPA demands respect.

Medium orange color. Medium head. Aroma is floral hops, and fruit. A full bodied IPA. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are floral, grapefruity and dry. The dry hopping brings out the helps balance the malt sweetness. A nicely balanced, bone dry, somewhat bitter IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is bitter
