Truly the heart of our operation, the brewery keeps the circulation flowing throughout our building and even breathes life into much of Washington State. With 7 fermenters and 5 bright tanks, our head brewer, Aaron Smith, and his lovely assistant, Steve, produce enough 17 to 30 barrel batches of the best hand crafted ale to fill out all eleven taps in our tap room and to continually grace over 100 other pubs, taverns and restaurants in Washington State. The two tanks easily visible from our tap room are the mash tun and the kettle, affording you a glimpse of the more visually interesting stages of the brewing process. However, brewery tours are available upon request, should you want a better understanding of what goes into great ale!.
