The clean flavors of Perle, Mt. Hood and Cascade hops allow the rich malt character to dominate in this smooth "pale" style.

Tasted on tap at brewpub. This bitter pours a medium orange gold color. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is caramel and fruity. A medium bodied ESB. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are earthy and citrusy. Touch of residual bitterness and some lingering orange flavors. Nice beer. Very drinkable. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
