A bright and refreshing golden coloured ale with aroma of cereal malts, floral hops, and a light fruitfulness. A subdued bitterness and pleasingly soft mouthfeel make this one of our most popular choices.

Enjoyed at the Loon. On the golden side with a tiny head and not much stay, nor lacing. Fruity nose with apples notes over mild caramel. The taste carries the apples again with a cereal grainy background and some decent bitterness in the finish. The mouthfeel is nicely dry. Less corn than most cream ale and a little more hops. An easy-drinking brew.

The beer pours a translucent orange gold colour with a minimal head. What head that was there, was white. The aroma was grainy malt, and weak earthy hops. Aroma was not the beer’s strong point. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour was slightly sweet with grainly malt up front and with a mild bitter finish. -

32oz bottle from the brewery. Pours a small foamy white head but doesn't stick around long. Has a clear straw coloured appearance. Lacing is ok. Aromas of are light barley malts, a bit sweet and grassy. Flavours are creamy, sweet malts. Some notes of apples and grainy malts as well. Good retention. Moderate carbonation. Somewhat of a dry finish. Pretty refreshing and easy to drink. Not bad.
