The beer pours a translucent dark gold colour with a thin white bubbly head and a large amount of effervescence. The aroma is grainy malt, and some hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is malty, metallic, slightly sweet and a hoppish finish.

Standard Euro lager, clean, medium bodied, not great in any way, but the marketing must be applauded. The website looks brialliant and nothing says cool like "My Values are those of a generation that has taken control of its existence and future.” Awesome!----------Also it is called Boris, which makes me think Russian, and its from France... Cool

A meh beer at best. Not a lot of colour a a huge giant white head. Smelled like freshly cur grass clippings. Taste was weak and acidic. Finish and aftertaste were quite bitter, and not a good bitter.

Bottled@Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, malts, earth and some mild notes of cardboard. Flavour is quite much the same. A lame and very bulk thing with not too much exciting notes in any way.

The name Boris reminds me of Boris and Natasha from Rocky and Bullwinkle........none of which are French. This beer pours a clear gold colour with a white frothy head. The aroma is grassy malt and some hops. The flavour is grassy malt with some hops.

Boris (!) beer....reminds me of Boris the Spider and Boris the spy from the beloved Rocky and Bullwinkle show. From a silly little bottle, this poured a fomay white head of perhaps one finger's depth. Where the hell did it go? Anywho, the colour was a rich, urine-like medium gold, accompanied by a delicate floral hopped nose. Both the initial and after tastes were somewhat sweet, and the mouthfeel was average. Not a dreadful beer, but beer is not what the French do best.

500ml can..no date code Hard pour puts a crystal clear gold lager in the glass with a instantly disappearing cap and no lacing ( uh-oh is see adjucts) Aroma...like wet paste board soaked in weak corn syrup ( uh-oh is smell dextrin syrups) Taste: fizzy, bland, watery, wealk malt presence, over filtered with the prominenece of stale over-boiled cheap hop pellets..finish is dry, fast and there is a malt/corn extract cardboard after taste (uh-oh I taste malt extracts and dextrin syrup suppliments) Now I know why I waited years to buy just one to sample because buying six would leave 5 to go bad waiting for me to revist this bland over-processed concoction....in the vein of domestic extract-brewed buck a beer swill, but priced like a premium import...pass it up.

Un petit flacon de bière.it looks interesting, but it's only marketing don't buy this product one of the worst i taste lately...In a contest of mediocrity I prefer Coors light (very strong in the Québec market this summer,i'm desperate.)Boris you smell skunky and you are too carbonated you're a waste of money...

Bottle: Poured a very pale yellow color beer with a standard white foamy head with minimal retention. Aroma is totally skunked which is not a surprise considering they still insist on importing green bottle over the pond. Taste is also dominated by the skunked aroma. Body is totally watery and incredibly thin. More bad then boring.
