Lightly hazy, golden colour with nice-fine carbonation, a big white frothy cap, good stay and clouds of thick, foamy lacing. Big apple scent at first, with mild pineapple notes coming along to sweeten the deal. Underlying citrus hops as well. The mouthfeel is wet, but enough kick to be pleasureful, and very mild dryness. A nice balance of those fruits in the taste as well. Gets quite hazy as it pours. A slightly different, easy-drinking, refreshing, fruity and juicy NEIPA à-la 100% Quebec.
