La version West Coast de notre 2e collaboration avec la Microbrasserie Le Ketch. Elle se distingue par son corps légèrement voilé et son bouquet aromatique subtil de citron, pamplemousse, et d'orange. Les houblons apportent des nuances herbacées et épicées qui complètent les arômes d'agrumes. En bouche, cette bière révèle une texture croquante et rafraîchissante, avec une amertume bien dosée qui s'intensifie progressivement, laissant une impression durable de fraîcheur.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with a white frothy head, decent stay and mostly a bubbly ring left. Beautiful herbal aromas with cilantro notes, blended nicely with citrus zest. Also, the carbonation is very nice, with tiny bubbles, active and well. The taste has the continuation of the herbs, mild grassiness and a touch of lemon zest. Some decent bite to it, and mild bitterness. Dryish, but also fairly wet refreshing. Not sure about the West Coast style so much, but a real damn good zesty-herbal IPA.
