L'épisode où notre maître-brasseur s'est inspiré de l'automne pour créer une Nut Brown Ale qui saura ravir les amateurs de bières foncées. À l'oeil, elle présente une robe sombre et translucide avec des reflets rubis, qui rappelleront les feuilles qui changent de couleur. Au goût, elle a des notes prédominantes de noix caramélisées et une finale légèrement sucrée.

Clean copper brown colour with amber highlight. Big frothy-creamy light-beige head, good retention and some decent lacing left. Roasted malt aromas with chocolate and coffee notes. Some hints of dark fruits and nuts. The taste is smoothly balanced with the darker malts but a touch of maple syrup. Enough dryness in the finish to cut the sweetness. A nice stronger brown ale, just lacking a touch of nuttiness over the roasted and sweeter malts.
