Vos papilles gustatives seront transportées vers les régions lointaines de l'Australie et la Nouvelle-Zélande. Le houblon Galaxy procure des notes typiques de fruit de la passion et de pêche, tandis que le Nelson Sauvin offre des notes de groseilles et de pamplemousse.

Hazy golden colour with an amber hue. The head is big, off-white, frothy, bubbly with long retention and full foam-web lacing. Lots of citrus peel, zest and juices in the nose. The mouthfeel is juicy, but the flavours are on the zest-peel side of mostly lemon, some oranges. A fairly dry finish. Quite a nice dry, zesty, lightly-juicy NEIPA.
