Cette bière a été brassée avec un trio de houblons de feu: le Galaxy, le Motueka et le Waimea, des houblons australiens et néozélandais. Elle a aussi été brassée avec de l'épeautre, une céréale que nous utilisons pour la première fois qui apporte une texture très onctueuse en bouche.

Hazy orange-yellow colour with a big frothy-creamy white cap, good retention and creamy-foamy lacing. Citrus nose with lemon zest, orange juices, lightly sweet oats and fresh grassy hops. The flavours shows the lemon zest tart, bitterness with a base of orange juices, oats and hints of spicy hops. A nice, slightly warming, bitter, drying Imperial IPA that goes down nicely.
