Boréale x Le Ketch. La fois où le Nord et le Bas-Du-Fleuve s'est réunit pour créer une Double NEIPA qui vous fera saliver! C'est un immense plaisir de collaboré avec la Microbrasserie Le Ketch pour vous présenter cette Double IPA qui met de l’avant 2 variétés de houblons néo-zélandais: le Motueka et le Rakau. On a utilisé des techniques d’houblonnage propre aux brasseurs du Ketch pour obtenir une bière généreusement houblonnée mais qui reste facile à boire.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Citrus, grassy aromas with a touch of pineapple to blend some sweetness. The pineapple really comes out in the taste with a punch of fruitiness. Hints of tropical fruits to balance things. Some herbal notes lingers. Also, some mint, apricot and building bitterness. A good Double NEIPA with lots going on, but working together.
