C'est un immense plaisir de collaboré avec la Microbrasserie Le Ketch pour vous présenter cette Double IPA qui met de l’avant 2 variétés de houblons néo-zélandais: le Motueka et le Rakau. On a utilisé des techniques d’houblonnage propre aux brasseurs du Ketch pour obtenir une bière généreusement houblonnée mais qui reste facile à boire.

Lightly hazed, golden colour with a big frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing. Citrus, grassy aromas with a touch of pineapple to blend some sweetness. The pineapple really comes out in the taste with a punch of fruitiness. Hints of tropical fruits to balance things. Some herbal notes lingers. Also, some mint, apricot and building bitterness. A good Double NEIPA with lots going on, but working together.
